I started working in the yachting industry and quickly realised it was not for me. I wanted to explore my passion with regards to marketing businesses. I landed an internship in 2019 as I just turned 19 years of age. Hungry and keen to get my career started. This was just before covid started. Once covid hit, everything seemed to collapse but little did I know my career was just starting.

I joined an international digital marketing agency as their only SEO specialist in South Africa. After 3 years, I joined my first remote agency.
After aqcuiring the needed experienmce as a remote digital marketer I decided it was time to find my home. Luckily Yellowball came around sooner than I thought.
I am now 25 years old with 6 years of experience, working at a company that puts in the same effort I do. What a rollercoaster of a ride!

Most chaotic/random thing on your desk right now?
My invertor. Being in South Africa we sometimes struggle with a term called load shedding. Where the government sometimes turns of your electricity to save money for the economy. Glad to say I haven’t had to use it in a few weeks. Ffingers crossed.
