Frankham Group is a multidisciplinary property and construction consultancy providing compliance, surveying, engineering and design services across the built environment. With multiple specialist businesses, a broad service offer and diverse audiences, the existing website no longer delivered the clarity or user experience needed to support growth.
Yellowball was commissioned to design and develop a new WordPress website that simplifies navigation, strengthens brand perception and helps users quickly find the right service, sector, project or contact route. The result is a more modern, authoritative and enquiry-focused digital platform.

The Challenge
Frankham’s existing website was content-rich but difficult to navigate.
Users from different groups – public sector buyers, private developers, recruits and supply chain partners – needed clearer routes to relevant information. At the same time, the platform had to represent multiple subsidiary brands without fragmenting the experience.
The challenge was to simplify a complex group structure, improve usability and create a more polished digital presence that could support enquiries, recruitment, project storytelling and SEO performance.

We created a clean, professional website experience that reflects Frankham’s breadth without overwhelming users. Strong typography, generous spacing, project-led visuals and rounded interface details combine to create a modern consultancy feel while retaining the credibility expected by public sector, private sector and supply chain audiences.
The site architecture was rebuilt around key content types – services, sectors, projects, team, careers and insights – with dynamic relationships between them. Services connect to relevant experts, projects and news, while sector pages support clearer routes for different client types. A persistent enquiry focus, improved search flow and Gravity Forms integration help turn interest into action.
