As part of this project, we also redesigned PIC’s logo to reflect their modernised brand identity, creating a foundation for the Yellowball Lite Hybrid website we delivered. This cost-effective yet professional platform combines modular flexibility with a bespoke homepage that positions PIC as a trusted authority in the property sector.

Creating a modern, professional website and visual identity for property professionals.
PIC’s previous website and branding no longer reflected their authority in the conveyancing industry. To address this, the project needed to:
- Modernise their logo and visual identity to align with their refreshed positioning.

- Integrate content-driven features such as property news and blog updates to engage new and existing clients.
- Simplify navigation with a mega menu to accommodate their service offerings.
- Maintain a clean, professional aesthetic throughout.
What We Did
A logo redesign and bespoke homepage for a cohesive brand experience.
We began by redesigning PIC’s logo, creating a clean and modern visual identity that reflects their position as a trusted partner for property professionals. This logo became the foundation for the bespoke homepage, which introduces PIC with a hero section featuring video, key service highlights, and strategically placed CTAs. Service tiles split between residential and commercial clients ensure clarity, while blog teasers and a news carousel keep the content dynamic and relevant.
Leveraging Yellowball Lite for a scalable, content-rich site.
Built on the Yellowball Lite framework, the site balances cost-effectiveness with flexibility. Pre-built components support the design, allowing seamless integration of features such as the blog grid, mega menu, and footer navigation. Custom blocks styled to the brand’s aesthetic enhance engagement and maintain consistency across all pages.
