Head of SEO
I started in SEO in 2013 (back when the Penguin algorithm was giving everyone a headache!). I wrote my Sociology dissertation about Google and it led me to landing my first job in SEO with a local agency. After that I spent 4 years in-house leading the UK marketing function for a global smart home brand which gave me the bug for home renovations and interior design, which I do as a side hobby.
Hear from Luci
Since 2018 I’ve been back agency-side, leading SEO teams and pioneering new approaches in customer success for agencies. This led to me winning the Customer Experience Award at the Women in Marketing awards in 2022. I lead with a client and team first approach, building strong and trusted relationships that go beyond the surface level and drive meaningful partnerships that deliver strong commercial impact.
