Business Development Representative

We’re now looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to help generate high-quality new business opportunities for our SEO and PPC services.
What’s the role?
As a BDR at Yellowball, your mission is clear: generate qualified meetings with businesses that can benefit from our industry-leading SEO and PPC services. You’ll be responsible for executing targeted outreach campaigns, sparking conversations with decision-makers, and building relationships that turn into long-term partnerships.
This is a fast-paced, results-driven role, perfect for someone with a commercial mindset, a natural ability to build rapport, and a passion for digital marketing.
What will you be doing?
- Identifying & Prospecting – Research and qualify potential clients, reaching out via email, LinkedIn, and calls to book meetings with the founders.
- Engaging with Decision-Makers – Understand business pain points and align them with Yellowball’s SEO & PPC expertise.
- Crafting Personalised Outreach – Write and deliver compelling messaging that grabs attention and drives engagement.
- Recording Bespoke Loom Videos – Stand out with high-impact video outreach. You’ll record short, compelling Loom videos tailored to each prospect, delivering engaging insights into how our SEO and PPC services can transform their business.
- Following Up for Maximum Impact – Layer in strategic follow-ups across email, LinkedIn, and phone to nurture leads and secure qualified meetings.
- Collaborating with Founders – Work closely with our leadership team to refine outreach strategies and optimise sales funnels.
- Tracking & Optimising Outreach – Monitor outreach activity, track responses, and refine messaging strategies to maximise booked meetings.
- Keeping Up with the Industry – Stay informed on SEO, PPC, and digital marketing trends, ensuring you can engage prospects with valuable insights.
What we’re looking for:
- A natural communicator – You’re confident, articulate, and can spark meaningful conversations with business owners and marketing leads.
- Commercially astute – You understand business challenges and can effectively position SEO & PPC as revenue-driving solutions.
- Resilient & results-driven – Motivated by targets, with a proactive mindset and a hunger to convert prospects into booked meetings.
- Organised & detail-oriented – Able to manage multiple outreach sequences while keeping a sharp focus on performance metrics.
- A digital marketing enthusiast – An interest in SEO, PPC, and the digital landscape (prior experience is a plus but not essential).
- Tech-savvy – Comfortable using LinkedIn, CRM tools, AI and automation platforms to scale outreach and improve efficiency.
