Your project manager will share a digital questionnaire with you via Typeform which will help us capture your brief. We’ll ask you a series of questions to help us understand exactly what you’re looking for and to find examples of websites you like. We’ll also ask you to upload your website content.

As soon as we receive your content our team of designers will begin setting up your new website, using their expertise to hand-pick the best layouts from Yellowball Lite. The pages are then set up and populated within WordPress before we personalise your website by changing the logos, colours, and fonts to match your brand.

REVIEW & FEEDBACK

Once complete, we’ll share the website with you on a private link and provide one round of revisions, amendments, and adjustments within the limitations of Yellowball Lite.

Once we receive your content, our team of designers will begin designing your website using Adobe XD, selecting the best layouts from Yellowball Lite’s depository. We’ll design every page of your website and share these with you to review in desktop and mobile, giving you a clear idea of how your website will look and function before it’s set up. We also include two rounds of revisions, amendments, and adjustments during the design phase within the limitations of Yellowball Lite.

Once you’ve approved the designs, we’ll get to work setting up your new website within WordPress and populating it with your content.

Creative kick-off meeting & scope creation

After receiving your answers, we’ll schedule a kick-off meeting with you to further discuss the design brief and technically scope the bespoke
pages. Once we have gathered all the necessary information, we’ll create a comprehensive brief and share it with you for approval.

BESPOKE TEMPLATE DESIGNS & REMAINING TEMPLATE CREATION

After reviewing the brief, our team of designers will begin designing the bespoke pages. We’ll also create all remaining pages following the process from Option Two and share these with you to review. This gives you a clear idea of how the website will look and function before it is set up and developed. We also include two rounds of revisions, amendments, and adjustments during the design phase.

Bespoke development begins

As soon as you’ve approved the designs, we’ll get to work developing the bespoke pages and setting up all remaining pages within the Yellowball Lite CMS.
