We started working with Bluezone Insurance by auditing their new website, using our keyword research to optimise key transactional landing pages. Our team completed this alongside a full site migration, minimising any fluctuations in rankings or traffic resulting from the site launch. Increasing rankings for keywords that represent Bluezone Insurance’s target users has ensured a consistent stream of form submissions from organic users over the last year.
We then adjusted our campaign strategy so that the main focus was on content creation. The goal was to use content creation to establish Bluezone as a leading authority on matters relating to life insurance and Type 2 diabetes. Our strategy was based on longform articles or ‘content pillars’ that generate considerable traffic and authority in the eyes of Google. We then used strategic internal linking to funnel this authority to shorter articles, based on topics relevant to the pillar. By creating an ecosystem of high-quality content, our team increased the volume of new organic users to the Bluezone Insurance website by 326%.
Our efforts in optimising the website and creating content, supported by regular technical audits, increased the number of Top 10 ranking keywords from 1 to 78 (+7,700%) over the first year of the campaign. We are particularly happy to have attained this level of visibility at this stage and are working to maintain this momentum as we progress through the second year of the campaign.
