Yellowball are looking for a seriously talented SEO Executive with a few years experience to join our fast-growing team.
Who are we?
Yellowball is a digital marketing agency specialising in website design and search engine optimisation. We work with businesses who are committed to their digital marketing from funded scale ups through to more established organisations and brands.
We love what we do and deliver a great, ROI focussed service. As an agency we are growing quickly both in terms of headcount and the types of clients that we engage with.
Who are we looking for?
An ideal applicant would be an SEO Executive with two to three years experience working in an agency environment. Exceptional writing skills and a genuine interest in digital marketing are essential. You will have a solid working knowledge of SEO best practices and considerable experience working on SEO campaigns. Key skills include:
- Proven ability to produce high quality copywriting
- Excellent working knowledge of SEO
- Confident managing clients and other stakeholders
- Capacity to adapt to a range of different industries
- Voracious appetite to learn
- Proactive approach to your work
- Analytical mind and a commitment to achieving the best results for clients
- Confidence to network and build relationships
- A talent for generating content ideas
- A love for dogs (we have an office dog!)
So, what does your role look like at Yellowball?
Your primary responsibility will be working on SEO campaigns for clients, as well as supporting Yellowball’s own marketing output. As part of the SEO campaigns, you will be generating content ideas, writing compelling blog articles, executing link-building strategies and also getting stuck into the technical side of SEO. You’ll be overseeing client accounts from the get-go and will be responsible for your own deliverables. There will be scope to evolve into a wider Account Manager role very quickly, so there is a lot of opportunity for personal growth and development within this role.
Details and applying
We are looking to hire for this role as soon as possible, with interviews likely to take place in January. Guide salary: £25 – 30k depending on experience.
If you would love to apply then please send us a brief but engaging email, together with your CV and anything else you think will impress us, such as links to your blog or other work. We receive a lot of applicants so be sure to demonstrate the value you can bring in your email. If we think there’s a match, we’ll invite you in for an interview. Please send your application to our Head of SEO, Jessie Moore at email@example.com.
We look forward to hearing from you!
